Personal Developement & Happiness

2020 What’s it going to be?

Hello Friends!

My first book in the Echo Village Series, Emma’s Heart premiered in December 2018 . My second book Laurel’s Love premiered December 2019.

2020 is a new year and now that all the parties and hoopla are over, it’s time to choose what kind of year it’s going to be for you.

When setting goals, you should make them challenging but attainable. Mine include writing two books this year, working out more regularly, and losing 5 pounds.

Questions to ask yourself are:

What do I want to change this year? Set small, achievable daily challenges. Remember that you are doing these things because you want to.

What resolutions will help me stick to my goals and keep me on track?

Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Get the tools that you need to be successful ie. books, videos, a gym membership, taking a class. etc. My goals involve: cooking, lifestyle, and writing goals.

I would like to update my home storage and pair down on all the clutter, I’m putting Beautifully Organized on my reading list. It has over 200 good reviews.

I am inspired by Gundi Gabrielle and plan on reading all of her books. I started last year with ‘You Started a Blog – Now What….?: 6 Steps to Growing an Audience, Writing Viral Blog Posts & Monetizing your Blog’ https://amzn.to/2GQ56O0

Have signage. I know that may sound silly, but little reminders, things that make you smile, will encourage you and help you on your way. It can be a planner , a wall calendar, an Inspirational art piece. Just make sure that it’s something that will help you stay motivated every day. I use a planner and I love Heather Stillufsen’s women’s art.

I hope that we all have a wonderful new year!
