Hello Friends,

Happy February! As we enter the second month of 2022, lets do a plan and goal check. How are you doing so far? Are you sticking to those New Year’s Resolutions? Do you feel like you’re staying on track and will be able to stay there?

If the answer to those questions are ‘yes’, that’s wonderful! Great Job! I’m proud of you and you should be proud of yourself. It’s difficult to make change and you’re doing it each and every day!

First, review your list. Ask yourself:

Is this realistic?

Why haven’t I made progress toward my goals?

We all know that there is a difference between ‘reasons’ and ‘excuses’.

Second, get rid of the excuses and look at the reasons. Be kind to yourself! Being able to rearrange priorities and overcome obstacles shows personal growth and dedication.

We are on this journey together, working toward being the best version of ourselves.

Next, adjust your plan based on the the new information that you have.

Guess what? You have yourself back on track going into this second month of 2022.

Remember to use your lists and planners! (You know what a big fan I am of these organizational tools!)

Now visualize your success. Visualization puts all the steps that you have been taking toward your goals into perspective. Seeing and feeling the results of your hard work and planning helps you stay on track even when life gets difficult.

We live in an ever changing and evolving world. Take stock of where you are today. Be proud of your accomplishments! Visualize your best tomorrow and lets all work on getting ourselves there!

Have a Great Day!
