Every year, we all make new year’s resolutions to be better: more than we were last year. To eat healthy, lose weight, be more productive/assertive/caring/effective, etc.
Now, last year I set goals but only achieved some of them. I don’t see that as failure but as a challenge to do better this upcoming year! I think that we all learned, changed, and adapted in 2021. I know that I did!
